What you
can expect from us
|
|
We will never bill you for our services.
You will receive acknowledgment by e-mail of any donations
that you make to us. As of now, such gifts will not
be tax-deductible, but they may be in the future if
God prospers.
We will produce the highest quality
website possible for you as the Lord provides. We will
utilize any free services available to enhance your
website, including submission of your site to search
engines and links from this site to yours by means of
banners.
We will update your site with your changes
at our earliest opportunity. We will proof your copy
(spelling & grammar) and correct it automatically before
posting. Nothing else will be edited without your consent.
We will advise you beforehand about
any service which will incur costs (e.g. domain registration,
banner-free pages, certain forms of streaming media,
etc.) to let you decide if you want to be responsible
for such charges.
When you contact us for further information,
please include the following information about yourself/your
ministry:
- personal testimony
- name, location, and denominational
affiliation of your church
- your agreement/disagreement with
the Statement of Faith (found above)
- ideas for your site/specific pages
- color scheme or site layout that
you have observed before on the Web and liked

What we expect
from you
|
|
We need a commitment from you that you
will update your site regularly. Nothing reflects worse
on a webmaster/site owner than an out-of-date page.
When we build your site, we will place a message on
your home page that reads "updated weekly", "updated
monthly" or so forth. We want you to be able to honor
the timetable that you give us. (Please, don't ask us
to update more frequently than weekly, although we may
update more than once a week.)
Any outlines or messages should be e-mailed
as an attachment in .doc (MS Word), .wps (MS Works),
.wpd (Corel WordPerfect) .pdf (Adobe Acrobat), or .txt
(Notepad text) file formats. Any pictures submitted
should have .jpg, .jpe, .bmp, .tif or .gif extensions.
Time will not permit us to convert printed text documents
into web pages, but you may send actual photographs
instead of picture files (when you wish to submit pictures).
We ask you to be flexible regarding
technical matters (let's say, when we tell you that
yellow text on a green background doesn't look good).
We ask you to be considerate if we don't have changes
posted as quickly as you would like. Priority will be
given to those ministries that send regular support.
We ask you to prayerfully consider making a donation
or donations to our ministry as we serve the Lord in
this area.
